Episode 1

Episode 1 Summary

Sora Amakiri, a failed modern Japanese product designer, is accidentally summoned into the fantasy kingdom of Velmoria during a royal hero-summoning ritual. Four other Japanese heroes are summoned with him and receive proper combat classes, heroic weapons, and public praise. But Sora’s status shows Level 1, broken stats, and the class “Unregistered.” The king, nobles, and priests treat him like a failed summon and publicly humiliate him in the throne room.

The kingdom throws Sora into the cursed Ashen Plain, expecting him to die. But after being abandoned, Sora discovers the hidden second page of his status: Creator God Candidate, with the divine skill Creation Authority. His power allows him to create almost anything as long as he understands the structure, purpose, material logic, and function.

At first, he does not create anything flashy. He builds survival tools: a water filter, basic shelter, simple light, and practical devices. Then he finds and saves Liora, a starving wasteland girl abandoned by the same broken system. Together, they discover that Sora’s “useless” skill can turn the dead Ashen Plain into something livable.

The first major conflict comes when wasteland collectors connected to Veyr try to claim the water and pressure them. Sora wins through smart tools instead of brute force, proving that even as Level 1, he is not helpless.

Sora and Liora turning their survival spot into the beginning of Hakuzen Workshop. Sora unlocks more of the workshop system and starts building practical infrastructure: cleaner water, better shelters, repair tools, medicine lamps, early warning systems, and basic defenses. The settlement slowly becomes a refuge for people who were abandoned by Velmoria, including workers, sick refugees, and people running from Veyr’s control.

Sora meets more of the core cast, including Garran, Niko, Mera, Brask, Dain, and Mina. Each of them shows why Hakuzen matters emotionally: this is not just Sora building cool machines, it is him protecting people who had no place left to go.

The bigger strategic part begins when merchant Maro Kest discovers Hakuzen and realizes Sora’s creations are more valuable than normal magic artifacts. Sora repairs Maro’s caravan, creates trade possibilities, and begins turning Hakuzen from a hidden survival camp into a real economic threat. The first trade agreement is made, but this also exposes Hakuzen to the outside world.
